What You’ll Do
- Handle and follow up with property enquiries and leads
- Manage customer information and CRM records
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Coordinate property visits and meetings
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
- Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets
- Build strong and long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or CRM preferred
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer tools
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
